Op-ed: Prop. 13 Would Finance Much-Needed Repair of Aging Campus Infrastructure

On January 27, 2020, the UCLA Daily Bruin published an op-ed by Aidan Arasasingham, government relations chair for the University of California Student Association, titled, “Op-ed: Prop. 13 Would Finance Much-Needed Repair of Aging Campus Infrastructure.”  Here’s an excerpt:

“Even at the nation’s top public university, campus spaces are not always top-notch. From broken desks to leaky pipes, inaccessible classrooms to routine flooding, it’s easy to see how UCLA is buckling under the strain of being the second-oldest and most populous University of California campus in the system.”
